My name is Min. I’m a Behavioural Scientist, Holistic Health Coach and Entrepreneur that’s passionate about helping equip people with easier, faster and better ways to a happier, healthier life.
A bit more about me…
I’ve always been a busy bee, and still am. I really love a good, productive day and get a high bouncing from one thing to another. I also absolutely love learning and personal growth, and in the pursuit, have had the most random jobs, from first aid responser, personal trainer, financial advisor, management consultant to tech product manager.
I know first hand what a terribly busy lifestyle could be, from soul-crushing 80+ hour work weeks with travel on top, while still struggling to keep a healthy lifestyle. Everyone is unique, we are all “misfits” – and regardless of what you do, you could live a happy, full life with mindful planning and determination that’s right for you.
